Booking Policies
-Please CALL us to schedule your session. We have a wonderful staff that is available Monday through Thursday 8am to 8pm PST and Fridays 8am to 5 pm PST.-We do require a $50 booking retainer for all of our clients. Once you are ready to view your images, it simply acts as a $50 credit towards your purchase.

-The deposit is nonrefundable if a session is cancelled or rescheduled within 2 weeks of your scheduled appointment or you simply miss your scheduled appointment time.

-Groupon and Living Social clients are not required to pay a deposit since they purchased their session and package upfront, however we do ask to keep a card on file in case of a last minute cancellation or missed session.

-If you are booking a photoshoot with a friend, they will need to call in separately to give us their information and put down their own deposit.

-To maintain an environment that encourages and empowers women, we only photograph female identifying persons.


Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
-Any cancellation or reschedule on or within 2 weeks before your scheduled appointment time will result in a loss of your deposit or a $50 fee for Groupon or Living Social clients. Please keep your photo shoot as a first priority in your schedule and be committed to the experience!-If you need to reschedule before the above-mentioned time frame, feel free to give us a call and we will find a better time for your schedule. Your deposit will follow you in this instance and no penalty is added.


Photo shoot policies
-Our photographers are professionals trained in boudoir photography. They will be guiding you throughout the shoot. While we do encourage you to bring in some of your ideas, we ask that you respect our process and trust that our photographers will make you look your absolute best.

-Absolutely no other photography is permitted during your photo shoot; this includes personal cameras or cell phone cameras.

-While we are more than happy with clients bringing a friend for moral support, we highly discourage more than one as it can become more of an audience for the client and make them less comfortable during the photoshoot.

-We do not allow men in the photography room during the session. If you bring your significant other or a male friend, they will be asked to wait in the lobby until you are done with your photoshoot.

-Children are not allowed in the photo shoot. Please arrange childcare beforehand.

-While we encourage you to be creative with your photo session, please keep in mind that we do not allow our photographers to photograph full nudity. Please reference our galleries for examples of what is allowed.

-Absolutely no weapons, drugs, or related paraphernalia are allowed in our studios or in the hotels that we utilize.

-While we respect your right to concealed carry, we cask that you keep all guns home for the comfort of our photographers.

-As a company, we greatly appreciate the hard work our photographers put into each photoshoot. Although it is never expected, gratuity is always accepted by your photographer.


Viewing and Ordering Policies
-If you cancel, reschedule, or do not pick up the day of your scheduled viewing and ordering appointment, you may be subject to lose your $50 deposit or a $50 re-booking fee.-Your viewing and ordering appointment is a complimentary part of your boudoir experience and it is our goal to have your final order ready to finalize at the end of this appointment. Please take the time to look through our products and pricing information before your appointment and our image consultants will spend as much time as needed to process your order.

-The images you view during your appointment are owned by Celebrate Your Sexy until you purchase digital images. We will be sharing our screen with you during your appointment and all your images will be watermarked; absolutely no copying or screen captures of images is allowed during your appointment.


Production Policies
-All orders are considered final as they are processed immediately.-All balances must be paid in full before final products will be shipped. This includes Payment Plans.

-Special dates and holidays are taken into accounts and we try our best to ensure special orders are received by those dates. We work closely with our photo labs and shipping company to reach those deadlines and on occasion run into unavoidable delays or circumstances.

-We use FedEx for shipping and we do have flat rate shipping charge of either $20 or $25 with several shipping options for a secure delivery to you only. It is our goal to get orders out in a timely manner. You will receive a confirmation email from FedEx with tracking number when they scan the package at their warehouse. Once it has been scanned and is in transit any questions or changes for shipping need to be made through FedEx. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or extreme circumstances.
